Glass fiber (GF) folding filter cartridge is made of ultra-fine glass fiber and the shell material is polypropylene, produced by hot melt welding, effectively controlling fiber shedding. Compared with PP pleated filter cartridge of the same accuracy, it has higher flux and dirt-holding capacity. It has an ideal service life in high load or viscous filter material filtration, greatly reducing filtration costs. GF pleated filter cartridge has excellent thermal stability, and the filter cartridge with 316 stainless steel lining can work for a long time at 90℃. GF pleated filter cartridge is suitable for retaining colloidal substances from high load and high viscosity fluids, and for pre-filtration and precision filtration of most gases.
