Sanitary ball valves are a type of sanitary valve that provides precise flow control and easy maintenance for material transportation. These valves are widely used in fields such as food and beverage processing, biopharmaceuticals, and chemical industries. The fully open valve cavity design does not generate any fluid resistance, making sanitary ball valves the best choice for handling viscous or particle-containing fluids. Working principle: A precisely manufactured ball with a through cavity is placed between two flanges and two PTFE valve seats inside the valve body. A valve stem can rotate 90° to act on the ball, thereby opening or closing the valve. At the same time, a valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the valve cavity and discharge it through the drain hole.
