Sanitary Screw Pumps Are Suitable for Various Sanitary Applications

Sanitary screw pumps are positive displacement pumps, which means that the pump delivers a certain volume of product based on the speed and pitch of the screw. When rotating, the two screws form closed chambers that move axially. This motion creates vacuum on the inlet side and pressure on the outlet side. Due to this dual-chamber technology, there is almost no pulsation when handling high viscosity and low viscosity products. This series of pumps are widely used in many sanitary applications such as food, dairy, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical applications.
