Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps Adapt to Various High-Demand Working Conditions

Sanitary centrifugal pumps meet the requirements of high purity and comply with the standards for Water for Injection (WFI) and other applications with strict requirements. The contact surface of the product is treated with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.5 μm, which allows for online cleaning, online disinfection, and manual cleaning. The mechanical seal has single seal components and double seal components, and the materials are FDA and 3A certified. It is suitable for products with a liquid viscosity of up to 1200 cps, such as purified water, injection water, juice, and slightly heavier liquids like pulp and syrup. There are various sealing materials to choose from based on different materials, temperatures, and operating conditions, and they are suitable for CIP and SIP systems.

Work Condition The sanitary centrifugal pump adopts horizontal conveying with high and low liquid levels. It is not of self-priming type. (Please select the self-priming pump for self-priming type.)
Surface Treatment The liquid receiving part is subject to polishing treatment and other parts matte or sandblasting treatment.

Temperature Range -10 °C to 140 °C (EPDM)
