Gas Filter Housing manufactured according to ASME standards

Gas Filter Housing is a precision filtration device with a simple structure, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for filtering impurities and sterilization in high-purity gas applications. The filter housing can be manufactured according to the pressure vessel GB150-2011 or ASME standards.

Working principle of gas filter housing: The airflow enters the device from the inlet, and the filter cartridge support pipe evenly distributes the airflow, greatly reducing the flow velocity. Large impurities are roughly separated and settled at the bottom of the filter housing. After the airflow passes through the filter cartridge, impurities larger than the separation accuracy are captured by the filter cartridge, and the purified airflow flows out of the filter housing through the outlet.
